Board of Directors

The Greycliffe Home Owners Association Board of Directors is made up of Greycliffe residents who volunteer their time and energy to manage the Homeowners Association for the residents. Email the Board of Directors at trustee@greycliffeatthequarry.com

The board’s charter and primary duty is to preserve the integrity and maintain the appearance of the neighborhood by managing the following:

• Provide financial management and neighborhood planning

• Common area maintenance and repairs

• Provide architectural change/improvement guidance and approval

• Oversee the deed restrictions

• Enforce compliance of association rules and regulations

• Provide supervision and oversight of the property management

• Provide supervision and oversight of the accountant

• Attend four Board of Directors meetings annually
