Deed Restriction Enforcement Policy

Below, please find the recently adopted Greycliffe at the Quarry HOA Deed Restriction Enforcement Policy. The need for such a policy has been well discussed and is far overdue. This comprehensive, written policy will allow our Board to have more effective control when enforcing our Deed Restrictions.
While most homeowners understand and comply with the published Deed Restriction policies, there have been a few instances of serious violations along with a complete unwillingness of the homeowner to correct.
The Greycliffe HOA recently retained the services of Kaman & Cusimano (K&C), a law firm specializing in the representation of Home Owners Associations in Ohio and Kentucky. Working with K&C, the Greycliffe Board of Directors has adopted the below policy.
