The average cost for mowing the lawns, snow plowing, salting & fertilization/weed control for each resident of Greycliffe at the Quarry is as follows:
Lawn Mowing, trimming, blowing, common area plant bed maintenance = $45.00
Snow Plowing = $32.29 per plow
Salting = $4.00 per application
Lawn fertilization, grub and weed control = $16.81 per application
Note: These figures include the common area mowing as well as street plowing and are just for reference. The quarterly dues cover these expenses as well as those listed below.
ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE ASSOCIATION QUARTERLY DUES
COMMON AREAS:
Mowing of all common areas including the hill on Salisbury Road
Snow removal for all streets and common area sidewalks after 1 1/2" of snow
Plant bed maintenance, mulching, and weed control of common area plant beds
Annual flower planting at both entrances and common area plant beds
Pruning and deep root feeding of street trees
Annual maintenance, turn on, and blow out of common area irrigation systems
Spring and Fall cleanup of common areas
Lawn fertilization and weed control of common areas
RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE:
30 weekly mowings of individual residences to include edging and blowing
Snow removal of driveways and front porches after 1 1/2" of snow
Spring and fall cleanup of individual residences
Lawn fertilization and weed control of individual residences
ITEMS NOT INCLUDED IN QUARTERLY DUES:
Reconstruction of resident lawns due to invasive grasses, winter kill, or excessive salt applied to driveways. Read more on invasive grasses HERE
Snow removal of sidewalks or patios located to the side or rear of homes
Maintenance of plant or flower beds, tree or shrub trimming
